If you choose to receive our exclusive offers via post, the name and address you provided will be forwarded to our third party mailing house.  They run a service to enclose and add personalisation to our communications.  We also use a mailing house to forward a Welcome Pack to customers who have purchased from us for the first time.

Email

Hattons of London processes your email address for the purpose of sending you order confirmation emails or delivery information regarding your order.

If you choose to receive our email newsletter, the email address that you provide will be forwarded to an email platform which provides us with email marketing services. We consider this to be a third party data processor. Your email address will remain within the platforms database for as long as we continue to use their services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

While your email address remains within the email platform database, you will receive periodic marketing email communications from us.
